SHREVEPORT, La. — The Caddo Parish Commission will hold a special public meeting Friday to present details about a proposed indoor sports complex that will appear on the Nov. 3 ballot.
The meeting is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at the Walter B. Jacobs Event Center, 8012 Blanchard Furrh Road in Shreveport.
