SHREVEPORT, La. — A 63-year-old Shreveport man is behind bars following an investigation into allegations involving a 14-year-old child.
Shreveport police say the investigation into Rickey Cruse began on Aug. 5, when the juvenile detailed alleged sexual misconduct during a forensic interview. Detectives then searched Cruse’s cellphone, where they reportedly uncovered sexually explicit messages sent to the alleged victim.
