SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A group of Shreveport residents opposed to the proposed Amazon data center in west Shreveport has taken its fight over the city’s special-use permit to the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal.
The residents’ challenge to the permit was dismissed in district court, but they are continuing their challenge through the appeals process.
