2 suspects charged following racial slur video at LA Tech

RUSTON, La. (KTVE/KARD) — Two people were arrested Monday following an incident involving racial slurs at a fraternity house at Louisiana Tech University.

Taylor Guerrero, 20, of Shreveport, and Jackson Gilbert, 18, of West Monroe, were arrested by the Ruston Police Department and charged with disturbing the peace – loud & abusive language.
