BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Authorities in Bossier City say a man wanted in connection to a shooting happening on September 18 has surrendered to police.
Donald Devonta Francis, 33, surrendered to Bossier City Police in the lobby of police headquarters on October 6.
According to police, warrants for attempted first-degree murder, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, and aggravated criminal property damage were obtained for Francis related to a shooting along Gibson Circle on September 18…
