Thai and Japanese Kitchen restaurant has moved to a new location, not too far away and still on Mansfield Rd.
The restaurant is still serving its full menu of Thai and Japanese specialties, including noodle and rice dishes and sushi.
They have moved into the location of Shane’s Crawfish Shack, and soon that menu will also be available, more limited than in Shanes sit-down restaurants.
I visited Thai and Japanese Kitchen before they moved and had the most delicious meal — my favorite Thai dish, green curry with chicken. It was a large portion, the flavor exceptional, and the hot dish comforting. You can also order it with beef or pork, and it is made with coconut milk, basil, green bell pepper, bamboo shoots and this restaurant also includes eggplant.
When I stopped to check out the new location, I decided to venture out and try a new dish. This time it was Pad Woon Sen, a nice and light dish with thin rice noodles, chicken, bell peppers, green onions, and bean sprouts. You can also order it with beef, pork, or shrimp…
