SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A toddler died, and a man is fighting for his life after an apartment was struck by gunfire early Sunday. The Shreveport Police Department responded to the call of a shooting at the Stone Vista Apartments on the 400 block of E. Stoner Ave. around 3:49 a.m. Officers discovered that building 12 was shot several times.
