LSU Shreveport is hosting the first BBQU Competition on its campus Saturday, an event to celebrate with graduates, alumni and the Shreveport-Bossier community at-large.
Attendees will sample food from a range of competitors who are battling for big cash prizes (top prize is $3,000) thanks to the LSUS Foundation, which organized the event.
