SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – On May 11, 2026, just after midnight, Shreveport Police responded to a reported home invasion in the 9000 block of Sarah Lane.
Investigators said a woman allegedly forced her way into the home, damaging the door frame, and several unknown men entered the residence. The victim told officers he used a knife to defend himself and suffered a hand injury during the altercation. He also reported he believed two of the suspects were stabbed.
Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department’s Domestic Violence Unit determined the victim and the female suspect had been in an intimate relationship for months, but she did not live at the home.
