SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Community Foundation of North Louisiana has released an update about fundraising for the mothers of the child victims of the April 19 mass shooting in Shreveport’s Cedar Grove area.
The lives of eight children were taken in the mass shooting; two women were also seriously injured when they were shot by the father of seven of the children.
After the incident, Community Foundation launched the April 19 Survivors Fund, however, the fund had to be closed and donations were refunded due to IRS restrictions…
