DC Superior Court Judge Judith Pipe terminated a shooting defendant’s Youth Rehabilitation Act (YRA) probation as unsuccessful on July 15.
Dayquan Henderson, 24, was sentenced to nine months in prison, all suspended, in favor of one year of supervised probation for unlawful discharge of a firearm and possession of an unregistered firearm for his involvement in a shooting that occurred on the 300 block of Anacostia road, SE on May 11, 2024.
