‘No credible threat’ found in suspicious vehicle investigation in Arlington

ARLINGTON, Va. (DC News Now) — The Arlington Police Department (APD) said the road closures have been lifted after no credible threat was found during a suspicious vehicle investigation.

According to police, officers responded at 3:40 p.m. to N. Utah St. at I-66 after an officer saw a “suspicious” unoccupied parked car.

During the investigation, several road closures were placed while members of the Arlington County Fire Department Bomb Squad investigated.

Police said the vehicle was cleared and “no credible threat” was found…
