The owners of Lime & Cilantro are preparing to open a new restaurant in downtown Silver Spring. Their latest concept, Moco Crust, is coming to 1907 Seminary Road, taking over the former Meleket space.
Moco Crust will feature a menu of eight specialty pizzas, weekend pasta specials and a variety of other dishes designed to bring something new to the neighborhood. The owners are currently completing the final step in the alcohol licensing process, with a hearing scheduled for Sept. 3.
