Four new businesses are coming to The Village at Waugh Chapel in Gambrills, adding nearly 24,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space to the shopping center.
Urban Edge Properties announced leases with J.Crew Factory, Miniso, Quickway Hibachi and Wonder. The four leases total 23,791 square feet and bring The Village at Waugh Chapel to 97% occupancy.
The businesses are the first new retail additions to the center since Urban Edge acquired the property in 2024.
