A family-owned business at 41st Street and Minnesota Avenue will close this summer.
GoodSpirits Fine Wine & Liquor has tentatively set July 13 as its last day. It has been in operation for 28 years.
The decision was made as a family, said Nicky Dahm, who took over managing the business from her sister Heather Taylor. The Taylor Oil Co., which owned the property, has sold it.
“We just decided it’s time to sell,” Dahm said. “We’ve been in business for 28 years here at this location with this current building.”…
