SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A 29-year-old man has been charged with four counts of 4th degree rape.
South Dakota gas station owner indicted for sex crimes
Shaheem Rhodes, of Sioux Falls, is accused of raping a juvenile victim dating back to October of 2025, Sioux Falls Police Sgt. Aaron Benson said at Thursday’s briefing.
Police say the victim reported meeting Rhodes in 2025 and starting a relationship that involved sex. The victim reported that they had multiple sexual interactions at numerous locations in the Sioux Falls area.
Police say Rhodes offered the victim large amounts of money along with partnerships in businesses in exchange for sexual favors.
