SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Multiple road closures downtown will affect traffic during the Sioux Falls Independence Day Parade on Saturday.
The Independence Day Parade will be held on Phillips Avenue, with multiple blocks of road closures between 6th and 13th Streets on Saturday morning.
