SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The FBI has announced an increase in the reward for any information leading to the arrest of the individual(s) responsible for the murder of Patrick Carlow, Sr.
On May 19, 2023, Carlow was found murdered in his home on the Oglala Sioux lands of the Pine Ridge Reservation. Investigators determined that the murder happened overnight, and Carlow was probably familiar with his killer because of the lack of forced entry.
