The most expensive residential sale for the week of June 15 was $2.9 million for a house in the Vista Ridge neighborhood south of Tomar Park.
The 7,600-square-foot Cape Cod-style house was built in 2012 on a 1-acre wooded lot by Deffenbaugh Homes. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It previously sold for $1.9 million in 2019.
