SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -Doug Clark was a legendary flagman. He’s in several Hall of Fames along with the guy who was his best friend from the time they were little of the east side of Sioux Falls with Huset’s Speedway a few miles to the east in Brandon.
Doug Wolfgang says, “In those days every gas station and mechanical shop in town had a modified stock car of some kind and they all raced. So we grew up at that time wanting to be racers.”
