Man accused in teen’s death set to change plea

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — One of the men accused in the death of a Sioux Falls teenager will appear in court Wednesday.

Jon Rogness is expected to change his plea. The 38-year-old is charged with conspiracy to conceal objects and accessory after the fact in connection with the death of McKenna Wendel, 14. He pleaded not guilty to the charges in early August.

New court documents say Rogness is admitting to a plea agreement.

Wendel’s uncle, Mark Milk, is also charged in the case. He’s accused of providing the drugs that led to Wendel’s death. He pleaded not guilty to five charges in late July…
