SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO)– Three men are accused of conspiring to murder a victim in Sioux Falls to improve their standing with a local gang. The trio are now facing federal charges for a January shooting at a casino.
Court documents allege that on or about Jan. 4, Nathan Hernandez, Sebastian Waters, and Tino Roubideaux conspired to murder a victim for the purpose of maintaining and increasing their position within The Gangster Disciples.

Sioux Falls Police said in January that on Jan. 4, a 32-year-old shooting victim was found in the area of the 4200 block of West 12th Street on that early Sunday morning. According to court papers, the shooting happened at a casino. Although his injuries were initially considered life-threatening, he was expected to survive, police said in January.
