SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO)– A man is in custody after a situation in downtown Sioux Falls Wednesday night.
A KELOLAND News reporter on scene saw police lead a man in handcuffs out of Hotel Phillips and into a police car around 6:30 p.m.
