Ophthalmology Limited has expanded its Eye Surgery Center in Sioux Falls, S.D., adding operating room capacity and two new specialty services.
The ASC now has four operating rooms, along with additional pre- and post-operative recovery space, private patient bays and enhanced waiting areas, according to a Sept. 10 report from Midwest Medical Edition.
Ophthalmology Limited also added neuro-ophthalmology and adult strabismus as new specialty services. Neuro-ophthalmology covers diagnosis and treatment of complex conditions involving the optic nerves, brain and eye-related vision problems.
