INWOOD—A 38-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, man was arrested about 11:40 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, in Inwood on a charge of first-offense operating while under the influence.
The arrest of Max Alberto Velasquez Hernandez stemmed from the stop of a northbound 2021 Toyota Tacoma observed driving well below the speed limit and not coming to a complete stop at the Highway 18/182 intersection in Inwood, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
