SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls man already facing multiple drug charges is now accused of kidnapping in a new case allegedly involving speeds over 100 miles per hour.
42-year-old David Brady faces charges of second-degree kidnapping, grand theft, second-degree eluding and driving with a revoked license. Per court documents, Brady and a passenger had gone to Sioux City in a pickup to gamble. The case took a turn, however, during an attempted traffic stop in Sioux Falls.
Court papers say a trooper with the South Dakota Highway Patrol pulled over the pickup on Interstate 229 for expired tags on April 4. Court documents say that while the pickup did stop, it took off again as the trooper got out of his vehicle, with the pickup going north and hitting speeds of 105 miles per hour…
