City leaders, firefighters and community partners gathered on a blustery day, Thursday, May 14, in northwestern Sioux Falls to break ground at the future site of Fire Station 13, an imperative public safety service as the Foundation Park area continues its rapid industrial and residential growth.
The new single-story station will reside just north of Aldi and WalMart at 5200 N. Career Ave., spanning approximately 12,500 square feet, according to the City of Sioux Falls press release.
