Jackley: Investigators wrapping up Wendel case

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Attorney General Marty Jackley gave an update Friday on McKenna Wendel’s case.

14-year-old Wendel went missing in March and was found dead near Brookings.

Jackley told KELOLAND News investigators are finishing up their work on the case. After that is completed, state, local and federal authorities will make prosecution decisions.
