SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Sioux Falls Police have announced that five people have been arrested in the span of one week for car theft with the help of license plate readers across the Minnehaha County area.
The first incident happened around 7:00 a.m. on Saturday May, 9, when an officer received a license plate reader notification of a stolen vehicle that was traveling northbound on Minnesota Avenue.
