SPOKANE, Wash. — Kiemle Hagood recently announced that 5 Mile Shopping Center in one of North Spokane’s biggest grocery-anchored retail centers has sold for $32 million.
The property, located at 1812 West Francis Avenue, was sold to Romax 5 Mile LLC by 5-Mile Investment Company I LLC, according to the real estate firm. Kiemle Hagood said the site spans about 14.2 acres with more than 163,000 square feet of retail space.
The center sits near Francis Avenue, Ash Street, Maple Street and Five Mile Road. It is anchored by Rosauers and includes tenants such as Starbucks, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Washington Trust Bank, Mister Car Wash, GNC and Edward Jones…
