SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – The Spokane Valley Fire Department (SVFD) knocked down a small brush fire that broke out on East Mission Avenue on Monday afternoon, according to the fire department. SVFD said the fire was around 60 feet by 60 feet in size, and started at the base of a power pole.
No injuries were reported, and no structures were threatened.
