SPOKANE, Wash. — Police in Spokane Valley arrested a man overnight after reports linked him to a small brush fire near Appleway Boulevard and Dishman Mica Road.
Spokane Valley police received one call about the fire and another about someone throwing items into it. Officers then responded to the area and detained a suspect.
