SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane is turning to its residents for ideas on how to breathe new life into the East Central neighborhood, a community that has felt neglected for decades.
The city is actively soliciting suggestions from locals about what changes they would like to see in the area, including what types of businesses and community spaces residents want to see developed.
