After a very dry middle of the summer, September is set to bring a different weather pattern with more rain and cooler temperatures.
Pop-up showers and storms will work their way up from the south Tuesday afternoon. Most of the activity will first bubble up around Southeast Washington and North-Central Idaho. A few stray showers could push north into Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.
