SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane County Interstate Fair will provide a more accessible experience for visitors during Caravel Autism Health Sensory Day on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
Providence Health will provide free carousel rides in the main carnival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fair organizers said it will be the first time the fair has offered free rides to all visitors.
Sensory-friendly carnival hours include:
- Kiddie carnival rides without lights or sound from noon to 5 p.m.
- Main carnival rides without lights or sound from 3 to 5 p.m.
