As Spokane continues to navigate the aftermath of the destructive Spokane Complex fires, local tattoo shop Heartbreaker Tattoo is hosting a free long-term relief fair called Spokane Strong from noon to 8 pm on Sept. 19 and 20 at North Central High School.
After witnessing the devastation last month, Heartbreaker Tattoo co-owners Ilia Standish and Tylor Buttolph decided to act.
