SPOKANE, Wash. — A driver accused in a crash involving a person on a bicycle at North Division Street and Mission appeared in court as charges moved forward.
Court documents said a witness described a black Ram truck pulling up beside her, cutting off her vehicle and turning left onto Mission, where the truck hit the cyclist.
The cyclist was taken to the hospital with head and left hand injuries…
