SPOKANE, Wash – A crosswalk in Spokane’s Comstock neighborhood has come to life for spring, with the addition of the newest decorative crosswalk.
The crosswalk, designed by local artist Danielle Davis, is at Comstock and Lincoln on the west side of Comstock Park.
