Gas prices near record highs in Spokane amid Iran conflict

SPOKANE, Wash. — Gas prices in Spokane are nearing record highs nearly two months after the war with Iran began. U.S. gas prices have shot up more than 35 percent nationally since then.

A few gas stations were charging $5.29 per gallon for regular gas. This is one cent below the region’s record set in the summer of 2022, according to AAA. Drivers are not happy with this milestone.
