Spokane, Wash. — Drivers in Eagle Ridge faced a detour near Highway 195 as roadwork continued and the city kept a closure in place through late July.
People traveling to or from Eagle Ridge had to use Cheney-Spokane Road, head south to Cedar Road and then follow Eagle Ridge Boulevard. Spokane officials said the work was meant to cut congestion and make left turns across Highway 195 safer. [Link to City of Spokane project information]
