SPOKANE, Wash. — The man convicted of murdering a teen girl in Spokane and abducting two eight-year-old girls in a separate case has been denied parole.
Arbie Williams murdered 15-year-old Linda Strait in September 1982. The teen was walking to her neighborhood grocery store when she somehow crossed paths with Williams. Her body was later found in the Spokane River.
