SPOKANE, Wash. — A man was shot and killed by the Spokane Police Department following a domestic violence call Thursday morning in the Logan neighborhood.
According to police, officers received reports of the disturbance at a home on North Cincinnati Street off North Hamilton Street at around 5 a.m. Thursday morning.
