A Houston-area developer is building a new 400,000-square-foot mixed-use project that will include New Caney’s first H-E-B grocery store and hundreds of apartments.
The Signorelli Company, a developer based in The Woodlands, said the new H-E-B will open in fall 2027 within Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre master-planned community located 30 miles northeast of downtown Houston.
