From bistro to courtroom: Inside the big feud at Houston’s BeauSoleil.

A bitter legal dispute between the business partners behind a popular Houston restaurant has spilled into public view. On Wednesday, Zachary McClendon posted a video on Facebook of a confrontation between himself, his attorney, co-owner Marcus Dotson and two Harris County Sheriff’s deputies. Those concerns will be addressed through the appropriate legal channels, where the evidence and the full circumstances can be properly reviewed.”

The confrontation comes amid an ongoing lawsuit between the business partners of BeauSoleil. Zachary and Briana McClendon filed the lawsuit against 963 Judiway LLC, Miguel Facundo and Marcus Dotson in December 2025.

According to court documents, in September 2023, the McClendons entered into an operating agreement with Miguel Facundo and Marcus Dotson as members of Erne’s Pickleball and Kitchen LLC.
