CONROE, Texas – Conroe police say three men were arrested after officers interrupted an alleged catalytic converter theft in progress.
If happened Monday evening at the Montgomery Park apartments along I-45.
Officers were first called to the Abbey Apartments for a suspicious person report. They say witnesses reported that several people may have been stealing catalytic converters and that a red Chevrolet Malibu believed to be involved had left the area before officers arrived…
