SPRING, Texas – A woman escaped without injury early this morning after her car veered off the road and into a retention pond in Spring.
The incident happened around 12:45 a.m. in the 22300 block of Northcrest Drive. Authorities say the woman was driving to work when she missed a curve and drove into the water.
Harris County Precinct 4 officers, firefighters and a wrecker operator worked together to secure the vehicle and pull it from the pond — with the woman still inside. She was unharmed…
