Texas Pair Arrested After Deputies Discover $3,000 of Stolen Merchandise in Vehicle

Two theft suspects were arrested after Montgomery County deputies allegedly found more than $3,000 worth of stolen merchandise and tools used to remove anti-theft devices inside their vehicle.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said the arrests happened on Oct. 1 after deputies located two known retail theft suspects leaving a Ross store on Lake Woodlands Drive in The Woodlands Township.

Deputies watched as the suspects got into a vehicle and drove away, then stopped them in the 26000 block of Interstate 45 South near Nursery Road…
