Carrabba’s Italian Grill is embarking on a major development in Tomball. According to a Texas Department of Licening and Regulation permit, Carrabas Italian Grill is expected to open in The Grand at 249 Shopping Center at 13215 N. Grand Parkway W.
The permit details that the $2.75 million construction project is slated to start this June and wrap up in March 2027. If all goes well with the 5,242 square-foot ground-up restaurant construction and permitting, we can expect the new Greater Houston region Carrabba’s Italian Grill to be open by next Spring.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill has already made an impact on the Texas market with nearly 20 locations in the area. The chain has a strong presence in the state, particularly around Houston, where original locations can be found.
