A Texas mother has been charged in connection with the death of her two baby daughters, who were found with cocaine in their system.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez announced Monday that Laura Nicholson, a 23-year-old mother, had been detained in connection to the deaths of her two daughters, which they deemed a homicide.
