A 65-year-old man in a Montgomery County neighborhood is facing charges after allegedly trying to meet up with a 13-year-old girl, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4’s Office.
On Monday, officials held a press conference to announce the arrest of Brian Blaine. Pct. 4 says Blaine was allegedly in communication with a 13-year-old girl whom he told he wanted to “kiss” and meet up with her, according to court records.
